Upon receiving a valid takedown request, we will:

- Conduct a reasonable investigation of the claim
- Temporarily or permanently remove the content, if warranted
- Notify the content owner or poster, if applicable
- Provide the complainant with confirmation of any actions taken
6. Counter-Notice Procedure

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification

7. Repeat Offenders
Navigator Stone and Fence reserves the right to block or suspend individuals or entities who are repeatedly associated with infringing or unlawful content.
